We Save Lives speaker Kelly DeHay spoke at a juvenile arbitration in North Charleston, SC on January 24, 2017. She shared her personal story about when she and her family were hit by a repeat offending drunk driver. She also spoke about the 3D’s, personal responsibility and accountability.
