In November 2022 Hailey was killed in the Raleigh Christmas parade. Her tragic death shocked everybody and devastated her friends and family.

She was dancing in the parade when the truck carrying the float suddenly lost control of breaks and started going. Hailey was the only one injured. She was rushed to the hospital and doctors later declared her dead.

The driver of the pickup truck 20 year old Landon Glass is charged with involuntary manslaughter and carrying a firearm at the parade. (firearm not involved in accident) The driver failed inspections and was due for an updated one.

She was known for her extraordinary passion for dance and her bright smile. She was very talented and me knowing her personally leaves me devastated she is gone. She will always be remembered.
