Congratulations California and Governor Brown for looking at drunk driving seriously.  We need more Drug Recognition (DRE) experts and we need the oral fluid testing devices for drugged driving to be approved in every state.  There are ways to do roadside testing for drugged drivers. such as oral fluid devices.  We just need to get them implemented.  We can impact drugged driving.  We just need to make it a priority!  We need tougher laws concerning drugged drivers, roadside testing, more DWI courts and Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (TSRP’s).  This is a serious crime.  Let’s treat it seriously!
